Royal Mail – Disruption to Shipments

We are experiencing significant disruption to order shipments, taking more than one week for collection in some cases, this relates primarily to our warehouse location being within a secure MoD Naval Base and the security requirements imposed on couriers. We will do our best to ship items at the earliest opportunity but receive no notification of lack of collections. No changes will be made to your invoiced shipment charge and Royal Mail are not offering compensation or reduced charges during this time.
