Royal Mail – Possible Industrial Action - Disruption to Shipments

We are already experiencing disruption to parcel shipments, taking more than one week for collection in some cases. We will do our best to notify you of delays to your shipments and if possible, offer alternative solutions. No changes will be made to your invoiced shipment charge and Royal Mail are not offering compensation or reduced charges during this time.
